WHAT I DO:

I am a Health and Lifestyle coach that empowers women to go from stuck and stagnant to creating a body and life you ADORE. Whether it’s weight management, body image issues or getting your energy back, I got ya covered.

Do you feel disconnected from yourself? Like you don’t even know what the next step is to creating a better life? Worry not, I can help you! We are the happiest when we tune in to our bodies needs. This means nutritious food, uplifting thoughts and moving our bodies on the regular. When we get stuck in a sedentary lifestyle we start to see a pattern: Eat crap food, feel bad about ourselves, use caffeine to bring us up, maybe some wine to bring us down, repeat. We waste away, start gaining weight and develop a negative body image. In order to go from stagnant to being obsessed with our body (and life) we need to gain some momentum. Small, consistent changes will increase our confidence and empower us. This effect will begin to snowball until we are well on our way to positive change.

The most important tool in my coaching kit is MINDSET. We find out how to bust through negative thought patterns that are holding you back so you can live out your greatest potential. We learn why you are reaching for the food when you’re not actually hungry (reward, pleasure, stress, boredom, etc) and how to take back the control. We all have the capability to change, right now, in this moment.

As you know, nutrition plays a MAJOR role in our health and physique. Focusing on foods that support us instead of robbing us of our energy. Every single meal we eat changes our body’s biology, which means you can literally start changing your body with your next meal. Get excited about this! It is never too late to turn your health around.

Another major aspect of my work is self-care. Us women always put our needs on the back burner and that sends a message of disconnect which in turn depletes our self worth. Think of self-care as a form of self-respect.

BIO:

Olivia resides in the Pacific Northwest with her two daughters, Penelope and Vanessa, and her husband. She is a lover of the outdoors, interior design, green juice and adventures.

Olivia has studied Ayurveda, is a Certified Massage Therapist and received her nutrition education at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Here she learned over 100 different dietary theories and important concepts like “primary foods”, all other parts of your life that are nourishing but don’t come on a plate; physical activity, spirituality, relationships, career. Olivia has also explored many other forms of healing from Feng Shui to essential oils.
