Q: I don’t know anything about eating healthy or cooking, is that ok? Totally ok! We will cover what foods to eat and how to cook them. I am all about simplicity, even with my meals! Get ready for simple, nourishing meals.

Q: What is your payment process? PayPal
Q: I’m a busy mom, how much time will I have to commit each week? Think about committing around a half hour minimum each day. This does not include home cooking time (which we will be doing much more of)
Q: What other expenses do I need to consider after joining? There aren’t any mandatory expenses but if you don’t already have a gym or work out program you may need to invest in one (I pay $11 a month for my on-line training program and there are a lot you can get for free off the internet)
Q: How much weight will I lose? This strictly depends on how much time you put in, like anything in life. You will be given all of the tools and support to start shedding the fat but is ultimately up to you to put in the work. My clients have lost up to 10 pounds a month with this proven formula.
